The FUN Punch was once again a success at the 20th Annual 2018 Floral Park Liz's Day on Saturday, September 29th, contributing to a record breaking year and the organization topping $1 million in funds raised to date that benefit The Cold Spring Harbor Laboratory for breast cancer research. The FUNdraising project hosted "Stepping Out to Save A Life" - in support of our 2018 AED Awareness Campaign: to help support bringing public access AEDs to sport playing fields in Floral Park!

COFFEE for a CAUSE - 2018 AED Awareness Campaign
Our AED Awareness Campaign will continue for a second year, with the goal of raising funds to purchase these life saving, portable devices for the local sports teams for the 2018 sports seasons. On November 11th, in partnership with the Floral Park Indians Soccer and The Roast, we hosted successful COFFEE for a CAUSE FUNdraiser as the first in a series of events we will be working on this fall/winter.

FUN Punch
Back by popular demand, the FUN Punch made its debut at the 2017 Floral Park Liz's Day on Saturday, September 30th as a FUN addition to some new activities for kids this year! All proceeds from Liz's Day were donated to The Cold Spring Harbor Laboratory for breast cancer research. AED AWARENESS CAMPAIGN

2017 Campaign Results!The FUNdraising Project is excited to announce purchase of a Code Blue / AED tower for the Floral Park Recreation Center, thanks in partnership to all of YOU that participated in our recent AED Awareness Campaign. We are especially grateful to the local sports teams and private donors that helped to make this possible! This tower will service all adult and children's sports and activities that take place across all seasons, providing potential life-saving capability steps away from all playing fields.

The official unveiling & ribbon cutting ceremony took place on Friday, September 15, 2017, as a great wrap up to the 2017 AED Awareness Campaign that kicked off in January with a 'Sunday FUNday' football event at Jack Duggan's.
